The Office Centers are full-service office business centers providing custom designed services to meet your business needs and budget.

On-Site Services

Office Space - A wide range of office sizes are available. As your business grows you can move to a larger office or rent additional office space or cubicles to meet your specific needs, thus eliminating the hassle of changing address, phone numbers, etc., not to mention a big move.
Receptionist - Receptionists are available at the front entrance to answer phones (with company name), assist your visitors, send/receive your faxes and provide general information. (Receptionist Information)
Telephone Service - Telephone service comes in digital* and analog* with a variety of features. Extensions can be obtained for either.

* Digital goes through the switchboard and is used for voice only. Analog goes directly to office and can be used for fax or modem.
Fax Service - Pricing per page with volume discounts.
Voice Mail - State-of-the-art voice mail system to accommodate your versatility.
T-1 Internet Access - High-speed Broadband
Mail Metering and Courier Service - Mail delivery and pickup are provided at no extra charge.
Copying - Self serve, $.10 per black & white copy, $.89 per color copy and volume pricing
Office Supplies - Sold in the Mailroom daily
Mini warehouse storage and larger spaces available at Merovan Office Center
Conference Rooms / Day Offices / Interview Rooms - Eight hours monthly use is reserved for each client free of charge.
Repairs, maintenance and janitorial services - On-site daily
