Telephone Service Rates

(For "The Office Centers" On Site Clients)

No phone answering requested The calls bypass our switchboard and go directly to the office and if client is not there calls go to voice mail.	Included in Rent
*Basic phone answering* We answer with the company's name and put the caller to the office or voice mail.	$30 per month
*Call Screening* This is the $30 Basic plus $10 per month to screen each call for the client. Each caller is identified prior to putting the call through. "John, Mr. Smith is holding for you." "Yes, put him through."	$40 per month
*Call Patching* This is the $30 Basic plus $15 to patch the call to another phone number. For instance, if the client wants calls to be directly transferred to his cell phone.	$45 per month
