1. People “ride” on someone else’s heels, and the
time extends beyond 45 seconds.
2. Not locking the door upon entering or leaving during the armed hours.

Yes, by ADT Security System and staff members. False alarms mean charges for dispatching the police. A staff member is called at home each time the alarm sounds
