Jerry
Fender,
a native of South Carolina and Furman University graduate, is
owner/manager with his wife, Gloria. Prior to becoming
Owner/Manager of The Office Centers, Jerry had careers in music
education, outside sales in printing and automotive equipment, and sales
management with a leading proprietary educational system. This
widely varied background allows Jerry to relate well to the businesses
he and Gloria serve each day.

in providing the level of service needed to keep all our clients at

Gloria
Fender, although originally from Minneapolis, has seen much
of the U.S., living in El Paso, Seattle, Kansas City, Los Angeles and
Connecticut. She has one
married daughter, Anne, who is a teacher.
Gloria has a degree in Education from the University of Minnesota
and one in Office Systems Technology from Greenville Technical College.
She taught school for several years and has been involved in the
business-center industry for twelve years.

can’t imagine doing anything else.
I get genuinely excited about the success of the businesses under
our roof. I thrive on the
energy and hum of business-in-action and having daily contact with such
a diversity of professionals.
This is a wonderfully exciting environment and very fulfilling
for me as a business owner.” |

Susan
is a transplanted Yankee who retired from Honeywell, Inc. after 10 years
as an Administrative Assistant to follow her husband, Scott, to a new
job in San Diego, Ca. After 8 months they discovered that they didn't
fit into the California lifestyle and they missed their granddaughter,
Britni, so they moved back "home" to Greenville.
In their spare time, Susan and Scott enjoy riding their Harley, season
tickets to the Greenville Grrrowl Hockey games, and spoiling Britni. |

Pamela
is originally from Northeast Ohio. After receiving her bachelor’s
degree in Interpersonal Communications from Bowling Green State
University, she managed within the retail structure, and then moved into
the education and social development sectors. Pam moved to Greenville
in January 2001 when her husband Tim was transferred to manage the
Southeast territory for his Ohio based company, Plasticolors.
In her spare time she enjoys movies, golf, traveling, reading and
spending time with friends and family. She is excited and grateful to
have the opportunity to be part of the Office Center at the Point. |

Melissa
is a native southerner. Melissa comes to the Office Centers with 12
years experience in office administration and client services.
Melissa is married to her best friend, Brian, and they have two
daughters, Whitley (13) and Hannah (4). The Voyles' enjoy visiting a
local assisted care facility once a week where they minister and sing to
the residents. Brian and Melissa are also involved in youth
ministry at their church.

Susan is a native of Greenville, South Carolina.
Susan comes to The Office Centers with over 10 years’ of
customer service.
Susan and her husband, John, have three married sons and a
four-legged “boy” “Sparky”, a Carin Terrier.
In Susan’s spare time she enjoys gardening, reading and
interior decorating.
She is
excited to be part of the team as one of two receptionists at Merovan
Office Center. |

Deb Kady
was born and raised in New Jersey. She moved to South Carolina 12 years
ago, when her husband, Gene, was offered a transfer to Michelin's
corporate office. They have a 15 year old son, Steve, who is the light
of their life. Frisky, a Dalmatian-Terrier mix and Sidney, the parakeet
completes the family.
The Kady's are a musical family. Both Gene and Steve play
guitar and Gene writes his own songs. Sometimes Deb sings along. She
also likes to cook and entertain friends in her spare time.
Deb comes to the Merovan Office Center with 15 years of
various customer service experience. She is enjoying her position as
Receptionist in the fast-paced front lobby and looks forward to being a
part of the Office Centers' team for a long time to come. |

Ingrid
has worked for Merovan Office Center for over four years and is currently
a part-time member of The Office Centers' team.
Ingrid enjoys spending time with her two teenagers, Sean and Shana. She
is a consultant for Beauty Control and in her spare time she enjoys
cooking.
Ingrid brings a delightful flare to The Office Centers with her
international background. If you want to brush up on your French, Ingrid
will be happy to engage you in conversation |

Prior to The
Office Centers Tena was
in Property Management for 8 years. She was the Assistant Property
Manager/Bookkeeper for Cornerstone Realty Income Trust. She attended
Wyatt Real Estate Institute after High School and has lived in Travelers
Rest all of her life.
Tena has been blessed with a 5 year old son name Cameron and a 7 year
old Schnauzer name Waggles.

Jamee was born in Akron, Ohio and moved to Greenville in 1998. She
graduated from Hillcrest High School with some hospitality courses in
2002. She has a beautiful daughter, Jordan with her hubby to be,
Justin. In their spare time they attend church, love to play
sports and just be together as a family.
"I am so grateful to have been referred to Jerry and Gloria. It is
an honor to be working with them in the awesome downtown building. You

Chrissie
grew up in Rochester, New York and moved to sunny South Carolina in
1999. She and her husband
Marc made the trek across the Mason Dixon line due to a transfer with
Oracle Software. Chrissie
enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her children, Sean
(18), a Clemson University Student and Melissa (15).
In
addition to being a full-time mom and staff member, Chrissie is very
involved with her community. She
is president of the Homeowners Association.

Susan
has worked as an administrative assistant with CRS Sirrine for 11 years
and for Simons-Eastern for 2 years. When her second child was
born, she decided to work from home for The Office Centers (formally
Starr Executive Services). Having taken a couple of years off, she
is again back with The Office Centers on an on-call basis.

Janine
has a bachelor of Science Degree in Office Administration. After
graduation she worked for Fluor Daniel until the birth of her daughter
in 1996. She then worked from her home doing legal transcription.
In 1997, looking to add more variety to her work load, Janine began
working from home for The Office Centers. When her son was born in
1999, she took a couple of years off. She returned in 2001 looking
forward to the opportunity to serve the clients of The Office Centers.

same time. I think it is important to maintain my computer skills
and expand my knowledge in the ever-changing world of technology." |

Blake was born and raised in
Greenville, SC, and graduated from Traveler’s Rest High School in 2001.
He enjoys spending his spare time running, going to the lake, hunting,
fishing and being with his family and friends.
