The following features are “soft keys” featured under the LED (Lit
Electronic Display):
DND – Do Not Disturb
When you use this feature, we cannot call you. (To turn on or off you pick
up receiver and depress the button under >>>>>> which will bring you to a new
menu; choose DND). Please inform receptionists if you are going to use the DND
feature and when you will receive calls once again. We do not want to think
you have hit your DND button in error.

any number of calls. Dial 8 then hit S & R button. Stored number is dialed.
Use this feature if you are not getting through to a number and want a rapid
redial. This is also a good feature for one frequently called number.

your telephone by using the pickup feature. Pick up your handset and press the
button under PICK to answer the call.
Message Waiting Light
This light is at the top right corner of the LED (Lit Electronic Display).
If lit you have messages in your voice mail. If your message waiting light
remains lit and you have no messages pick up receiver and press 703. If this
does not clear your message waiting light please inform Heather Fabio.
Mic
To turn this feature on, use the soft key under the word MIC featured on
the Lit Electronic Display. If the MIC is on, a red light will appear at the
bottom, right hand side of the phone. If the MIC is off, there will be no
light.

desired extension, wait for ring and hang-up.
Holding Calls
Depress hold button (held line key flashes) or press hold button twice
(held line key flashes at your telephone but it is busy/steadily lit at
receptionist’s phone). Only your telephone can retrieve this call.
Multiple Lines

will hear a tone in your ear when/if we put a second call through to you. Only
you will hear this tone. Please feel free to ignore it and we will take a
message if you have not taken the call within 30 seconds. Use your ANS Key to
go from one call to the other. This tone occurs only when your voice mail is
not set.
