  • When do the front and back  doors arm automatically?
    Between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and all day Saturday and Sunday.

  • How much time do I have to get in or out the back door without the alarm going off?
    45 seconds.  Contact a staff member if you are moving furniture and need more time.

  • What is the most frequent reason the alarm goes off?
    People “ride” on someone else’s heels, and the time extends beyond 45 seconds.

  • What do I do if I set-off the alarm?
    FIRST call Jerry at home 967-6791 if no answer THEN call his cell 918-3633 or Gloria's cell 918-3634. We will tell the alarm company not to dispatch the police.

  • How long will the alarm sound?
    Five very long minutes, and there is nothing you can do about it. Remember to call Jerry.

  • If I use the conference room after hours or weekends, do I need to use my card and lock and unlock the door to let people both in?
    Yes. You may let people in by greeting them at the door and the motion sensors will unlock the doors.

  • Are false alarm calls tracked and how?
    Yes, by Crime Alert Security System and staff members.  False alarms mean charges for dispatching the police.  A staff member is called at home each time the alarm sounds.
