Postage Metering Service
Letters and packages that are placed in the outgoing box without postage will
be metered by The Office Center and you will be billed.

Rent
You will be billed for your
rent. Please give rent checks to
either Chrissie Mascaro at Merovan, Jerry Fender at The Point or to any staff
member.
Messages
Messages for you will be
placed in your voice mail. We
will be glad to sign for UPS, etc. packages as long as we have your
permission.
Visitors and Telephone Calls
Our policy is to notify you
when a visitor arrives. Calls are
answered "Good morning/afternoon” and your company name, then
transferred to your office.
Custom Messaging
The personal touch remains our
primary concern. After answering
your calls with your company name, the callers will be given a choice of
leaving a mailbox message or leaving their message with the receptionist.
If they leave a message with us, we will put it on your voice mail.
This ensures you will be able to pick up all messages from outside. There is a monthly $25.00 charge for voice mail.
Keeping Up With You
We are happy to tell your
callers when you will return. However,
please always be sure to make eye contact with us so we know you've come in or
left and the approximate time you'll return.

provide content insurance. It is
your responsibility.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in the
building.

Bulletin Board
A bulletin board
is maintained in the mailroom with items of general interest to our tenants.
Please feel free to use it for any information you would like our
clients to be aware of (items for sale, a special your company might be
having, etc.) Please post your
business card on our bulletin board.
Codes
A copier code and a long
distance code will be given to you when you move in. Please keep your
codes private, as they are the control point for invoicing your account.
Security System Operation
The
front door is unlocked for free entry and exit between the hours of 7:30 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m.

Alarm
Sounding
Should the alarm sound, it will reset in approximately 5
minutes. Please call Gloria or Jerry at home 967-6791 or Jerry’s cell 918-3633
or Gloria’s cell 918-3634. We will tell the alarm company not to dispatch the
police.
