Answering Service
Customized answering service available - call for details.

Overview

The Merovan Office Center is a full-service office building with 95 offices.  We provide a variety of services for our on-site clients, our virtual office clients, and for businesses needing their phones answered.

Staff

We have seven staff members on-site daily and have on-call members as needed for copying or secretarial work.

Telephone Answering Service

From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, the phone is answered with the company name by one of our two receptionists who offer the caller voice mail.  During non-business hours calls go directly to voice mail .

The client can access voice mail via an access number and a security code from anywhere at any time.

This service is available only to businesses, and all calls are answered with business names.  It is not intended to be a personal answering service.

There is a nominal installation fee, which is waived for a minimum three month commitment.

Additional voice mailboxes are optional with the after hours feature of, "Press 1 for..., press 2 for..., press 3 for..., etc."

You need to have the forwarding feature on your phone.  You can go on vacation, be gone for just a day, or a few hours and know that your clients are well cared for.
